  • How do I place an order?
    To begin a custom order, navigate to our Custom Orders page, select an option and fill out the form. Please note that orders are only confirmed after they have been accepted, invoiced and paid in full. If you are interested in our weekly deals and holiday presales, navigate to our Shop Page to see currently available options.
  • Do you have a minimum to order?
    For custom cupcakes and cookies there is a minimum order requirement of one dozen. If you're interested in smaller amounts, be sure to follow Sweet Blooms By Camille on Instagram and sign up for our newsletter to get notified about weekly deals and holiday presales, where we offer opportunities to purchase smaller sets and individual items throughout the year.
  • How far in advance do I need to place an order?
    Please place your order at least one (1) week ahead to ensure availability. We do our best to accommodate orders, but our calendar fills up quickly so get your order in early or we cannot guarantee its fulfillment. We also offer weekly deals and holiday presales throughout the year which have have their own separate 'order by' dates.
  • When is payment due and how do I pay for my order?
    Payment is due in full to confirm and schedule your order. We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer (First Global Bank) - JMD Paypal - USD
  • Do you accept last minute orders?
    While we can't accommodate all last minute orders, we make an effort to help, if possible. Orders placed within 7 days of your event date will attract a rush fee of 25%.
  • Do you deliver?
    Local delivery and out of parish shipments may be arranged at an additional cost, which is determined by the address. Otherwise, all items will be made available for collection in Kingston 8.
  • Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
    Due to the custom work required on each of our creations, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, fee free to let us know is advance and we will do our best to offer you a solution that fits within it.
  • Where are you located?
    Sweet Blooms by Camille is located in Kingston 8. We primarily serve the Kingston and St. Andrew areas but welcome orders and inquiries from customers all over Jamaica.
  • Do you offer gluten-free, sugar-free or vegan options?
    Not at this time. Our products are made with butter, eggs and flour and are made in a kitchen that is NOT nut free.
